Mediterranean Salad: Cucumber, Sweet Onion, Feta, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives,
Sherried Carrots: fresh carrots, peeled, trimmed, cut into narrow 2-inch sticks, water, butter, Crushed Rosemary, Thyme, dry sherry, brown sugar, salt
Rice Pilaf: Ingredients Basmati Rice, Vermicelli, butter, avocado oil, fresh parsley, chicken broth
Bread & Butter: Semifreddi’s French Bread
Dessert: Seasonal Berries & Cream.
