Director of Music

One of the greatest blessings in my life has been the opportunity to use my musical gifts to serve God and lead the Lord’s worshippers in praise and adoration. I came back to the Bay Area to lead the Music Ministry of St. Stephen’s in the fall of 2016. If I’m not making music at church, you might find me conducting in the pit for a musical, playing with a symphony orchestra, in the park playing harp for a wedding or showing an Australian Terrier in confirmation at a dog show. In my spare time, I plan to finish my doctoral studies in 2020.
Associate for Formation
Tom received a BA in Religious Studies from UC Berkeley, a Master of Divinity from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific, and has been active in full-time youth, children’s, and family ministry since 2008. Krista Fregoso, rector of St. Paul’s Walnut Creek. In his spare time he bikes, plays golf, camps, and searches for the best taco, bbq, and ice cream the Bay Area has to offer! He also is an avid Cal, Warriors, SF Giants, and 49er fan being a native San Franciscan and 9th generation Californian.
Children’s Minister and Preschool Director
I love my job. Spending time with children and families is such a blessing. When I am not working I like to spend time with my husband and four kids. I also enjoy reading, hiking, listening to live music, and walking my dog, Maisy.
