Winter Nights is a local agency that provides a safe, warm, compassionate environment where families are welcomed and treated with respect while working toward independence and long term permanent housing. For the past 20 years, St Stephen’s volunteers have provided a week of support to unhoused families each winter. We cook and serve dinners, help kids with homework, staff the front desk and generally “keep house” while families are at school or work during the day.
